In response to the Coronavirus pandemic our office will be taking extra precautions to prevent any spread of the virus. It is recommended that high risk patients continue to delay routine care. The CDC recognizes high risk patients as anyone that is 65 or older, immunocompromised, obese, diabetic, have lung, heart, kidney or liver disease, asthmatic, or on chemotherapy. If you have had a fever, cough, chills, aches, fatigue, headaches, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath in the last 14 days please refrain from scheduling an appointment at this time.

- Only the patient will be allowed in the office unless the patient is under 21 or an adult that requires assistance.
- No children will be allowed in the office unless they are the patient being seen.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have scheduled appointments in order to limit interaction with other patients so if you do not arrive at your designated time, we will likely need to reschedule you.
- Please have all paperwork completed prior to arrival and email a photo of your insurance card and Driver's license to [email protected]
